We’ve changed our name and our identity. Comenity is now Bread Financial. We’ve expanded beyond credit (credit cards managed by Comenity Bank or Comenity Capital Bank) and saving products to provide simple, personalized payment, lending and saving solutions.

We are a tech-forward financial services company offering a full suite of payment, lending and saving products that give you more ways to shop, borrow and save. You’ll eventually start to see the Bread Financial logo in place of the Comenity logo on our communications as we evolve to our new identity.
No, nothing changes. This rebrand won’t change your account balance, payment options or due date. You can continue to choose from all the same ways to pay—whatever works best for you: Online through Account Center or Comenity’s EasyPay™, or mailing to the same address through the US Postal Service. You can also call the phone number on your statement or credit card to pay through the automated phone system or with a representative.
No, you don’t need to change how you manage your account.
Comenity Bank or Comenity Capital Bank cardholders: You can continue to manage your card and account as you have been. Locate your Account Center site to sign in and view your balance, transactions and schedule your payments, or call the phone number on your statement to use the automated system.
Bread Savings customers: You can continue to check your account balance and make contributions through the Bread Savings site.
That’s right. There’s no need to do anything different. Just continue to enjoy using and managing your credit cards, or managing your Bread Savings account.
